They never get the order right anx the fries are always cold
I love so much of their food.. its hard to pick a favorite.. my go to is chili cheese coney or a sonic burger add cheese.. 😋

Sonic Drive-In serves great food, with some locations excelling in customer service. The breakfast at the Bell's, TX location is particularly fast and good, with friendly staff. Everything is always amazing and fresh with good prices and the service is always 100% with everyone being so kind and helpful. The staff is always nice throughout the order, even when super busy. Always add hot fudge to the ice cream. However, consistency can be an issue, with some orders arriving with cold food, like cold mozzarella sticks, and sometimes the food is not done all the way. Overall, some locations, like Bell's, TX, stand out for their excellent service.
