Poor customer service. They Leave you standing there after acknowledging your presence for long periods of time. Thought it was something I did, until it happened to everyone else who came in after me. Not sure if they were having a bad day or if that's normal for them.
Just had the worst experience at Taco Bell in Town Center. The guy at the drive thru window forgot my drink and acted like it was a problem for him to made it and hand it to me. One item was missing from the bag, he repeated the order over the speaker, and told me what I needed to pay. I told him for the price I just paid it is for all items. I can always depend on taco bell for those late night random cravings after work. Good to have the app to get deals and save some money ? ?. It's definitely not the best food in the world but for what it is, it definitely hits the spot when the time and needs align.
