I usually go there during the super late hours due to working late nights and the two older gentleman that normally work the drive through, not only are they super nice and kind, but they always get my order right. They’re super nice to chat to while I’m waiting on my food. Definitely the only Taco Bell I’ll go to in town and I appreciate how they make what sometimes feels like a long drive home after a long work day, better. Poor customer service. They Leave you standing there after acknowledging your presence for long periods of time. Thought it was something I did, until it happened to everyone else who came in after me. Not sure if they were having a bad day or if that's normal for them.
Just had the worst experience at Taco Bell in Town Center. The guy at the drive thru window forgot my drink and acted like it was a problem for him to made it and hand it to me. One item was missing from the bag, he repeated the order over the speaker, and told me what I needed to pay. I told him for the price I just paid it is for all items.
