We usually go to the Texas Roadhouse in Anna and we will definitely go there next time. We went to the Sherman location for my birthday and my son’s steak was a little undercooked. It took 10 minutes to come back and we were all finished. The manager brought the steak back alone without a fresh side of fries. Bad birthday experience altogether.

I want to start with our Server was absolutely fantastic. The food was awful, we ordered a shot of tequila and asked for it chilled and it was literal water, mine also had an entire ice cube in it that I didn’t notice until it was in my throat. The food…. The rolls were burnt, the onion blossom was greasy as all get out, the steaks were not great at all, we ordered Dallas filet and mine was ordered medium and it came out looking like it had been ran over and was way over cooked, my husband ordered a Dallas filet medium rare and his steak was way under cooked, they brought me out a new steak but threw my husbands back on the grill and charred the heck out of it. Honestly other than the service I would give this a 1/10…. We will not be back.

What can you say about Texas Roadhouse that hasn't already been said? The place has great food at a great price. Yeah it's loud and there's a million people in there because everybody wants to eat there. Kids enjoy looking at all the bright lights and TVs and knick knacks on the wall. Get an extra basket of rolls to take home. You won't regret it

My first review 6 years ago was a much better one. Today's visit was a bit of a disappointment with the 5 oz salmon cezar salad choice. It was more like 3 oz by the time it was over cooked to dry to eat and the Romain lettuce was more of the cut up heart stem pieces then the greens. Having to spend over 70.00 at lunch and no alcohol and I'm sure glad the other two guests enjoyed what they ordered. The Roadhouse dinning experience is over for me now at that price!
Go there somewhat regularly, waitresses are nice and tentative.

I never have an issue eating in here but this was my first time take out. The kids chicken tenders look more like 4 chicken nuggets. I also did not get honey mustard in the bag. I’ll probably only choose to eat inside from now on.

Got a meal to go and the person who brought out my food was very rude and inconsiderate for her forgetting to bring out my rolls. She didn’t apologize nor use any manners at all. It looked as if her name started with a k but I’m not positive.
