We stopped for doughnuts since we got to town too early to go to the brewery. Thrilled to find kolaches, we got a sausage and cheese one (they don’t do sweet ones) and a blueberry cake doughnut. We asked if they could be heated and both were absolutely delicious!

This is clearly a family business. The high school-aged son who served us at the counter was friendly, polite, and professional, and we could see both the mom and dad working in the kitchen.

There are booths if you want to eat your goodies right away, and there is off-street parking right in front of the shop.

Highly recommended!

Flew my family from TN. into Austin to visit the Family farm in Shiner.Snowflake donuts is conveniently located to where we are staying.Took family there for donuts and coffee. The lady behind the counter is very rude.I’ve witnessed this before; not what is expected in the small and friendly town of Shiner.Went to get a coffee refill, and witnessed the lady add a tiny amount of fresh grounds on top of the old used grounds and just re-ran the coffee. When questioned she shrugged her shoulders at me and walked away. Will be taking our business and money elsewhere.

The dough on sausage rolls is good and not so much, which makes it better. On the good note, they accept debit/mastercard..

My sausage croissant and unfrosted cake donut were great, but as others have said, the chocolate frosting has a weird chemical taste

Service was good but their chocolate donut with sprinkles for real tastes like nail salon chemicals.
