I went in to redeem my 247 points for free medium pizza and the mobile app treated me as if I was a new customer. It wouldn't let me log in and my hub rewards points had vanished. Very disappointing.

Shout out to Justin at the Slayton location!!! He took our call in order and had the most exceptional, professional and genuine phone etticat and customer service Ive had the pleasure of dealing with at a restaurant in a very long time. All I can say is this guy needs to be recognized by his direct boss and he definitely needs a raise!!! Thank you for being you Justin!!

After working 19 hours in the heat today... all I wanted was a shower and PIZZA and a nap! I chose your pizza because you deliver... even though Little Ceasars would have been half the price and twice the amount of food... I CHOSE YOU!
I can forgive the nasty pizza that made it's way to my door tonight... which caused me to have to call the store and ask for new pizza...
But I will not forgive you for treating me like I'm some kind of trash and requiring me to let a delivery driver verify that my pizza was disgusting! See... after working in the heat and taking my shower... The LAST thing I wanted to do is put a bra back on and open my door.... and go back outside... but here we are... I'm wearing the bra and the shoes. And I'm just now heading back home after racing through the supermarket throwing whatever I could find in the basket before they closed...
You dont know me... or anything about me... so its not your fault that you dont know that I have the worst kidney infection that so far has resisted three types of antibiotics and is making my feet swell like sausages... and you dont know that I bought a small business and I'm working my whole butt off to get it off the ground... and so there is no sick days. The only thing you need to know about me is how I like my pizza....
So tonight when I got home after a hard day and was dreaming about my pizza... it was the worst bummer ever for it to be nasty. And I tried to eat it... but it was so nasty I couldn't and now because you can't be decent human beings and just leave a good pizza outside my door.... now I'm outside my house ... wearing clothes and thinking how I wish I was home in pajamas, eating pizza... and I'm not... I'm gonna go home and heat up this frozen burrito and it will still taste better than the garbage you sent to my house...
And all I want you to know... is NOBODY OUT HERE PAYING FOR PIZZA IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU... WE JUST WANT OUR TASTY PIZZA THE RIGHT WAY... WITH SAUCE... BRO... I forgive you... but we aren't friends any more...
Because friends don't make friends wear clothes and go to the supermarket in the middle of the night instead of just making the pizza right the first time... or even the second.
No need to do anything to fix it now... I don't want free pizza... just good pizza...

Ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks last night, not sure what happened but ended up getting regular cheese sticks. 0 bacon.
Very disappointed, drove from Lubbock, ordered a medium pizza at about 9:10 pm, was told they would bring it to us, hour later I finally decided to check on it, the lady said they put it in the warmer, her name was Kendra, she took it out the box, brought it to our table,walked off, we blessed it, wasn't hot at all, we both took one bite, got up,I went to the counter and ask for a refund, . Terrible service, won't be back no time soon.
