This restaurant was the cleanest Dairy Queen I have ever been in and the food was excellent as well. If need fast food in Smithville this is the place to stop.

Went to order for my family was pretty clear how I wanted our burgers and they managed to mess up every single one that’s 4 burgers they managed to screw up that takes skill should fire all those useless employees smh

They use to be open to 10 during the week now for the last few weeks you show up at 9 and says they. Are closed but employees there till late website says 10 why are y'all not open . Night shift is always rude when they are open but now closing early

I grew up eating at dairy queen the burgers used to be great toasted bun fresh vegetables and the meat tasted great. Nowadays I went to dairy queen and the bun is not toasted and found out they put the whole burger in the microwave veggies and all which makes the bun soggy. The meat taste like cardboard board. I was told they have a special microwave that just heats the meat I asked why then are the onions cooked and soft the tomatoes and pickles are hot and lettuce was limp and hot. They said because the steam from the meat made them that way, I told them I born at night but not last night how dumb do you think I am.
My experience at the Smithville Dairy Queen has made me not want to eat there anymore.
I dream of the old Dairy Queen that had the best burgers in Texas now the worst.

Pam, the manager, has worked there for over 20yrs. She works beside her team and takes pride in running her location. The team is like family to her. The food and atmosphere represents DQ Incorporated and the original franchise owner, Mr. Smith, very well. Always clean, always friendly, and always busy. That speaks volumes.
Everytime ive been to this Dairy Queen theres been excellent everything. Super great people working there. Restaurant work is hard work. I did it when i was very young. It was clean, the food was great. And like every place I've visited since moving here, to Smithville, everyone is so kind & friendly. Im so glad i moved here.I do wish more places delivered. But all in all, its a very nice place to live.
