This subway employees ( 3 females) have to get their act together. It's time for them to go if they are not happy where they are working. When my coworkers and I got there today, there were two Hispanic males in front of us, and they received the worst treatment. When we were next, the attitudes shifted. I was sickened to see how they treated them unfairly just because they were Mexican. Get it together Smithville!

I ordered online at 6:45 and had an estimated time of my food being done by 7:05. I got there and there was a line. Was told that all of the online orders had to wait for the line. Multiple people complaining. On the app, they marked my order as FINISHED but my order was no where to be seen. Someone with an online order ahead of me was offered a free cookie or chips meanwhile i was offered nothing and workers just stared at me. Someone who came in way after me with an online order got their food before me. My food was not done until 7:45. I waited an entire hour without a single apology for the wait.

They don't honor Coupons In A Walk in Unless you have the app Or Mail coupon
So sad But ok they need to change that maybe they would get more business 3 sandwiches 29 dollar that's just not fare .

I went in to get a sandwich and this sweet girl waited on me. Had the best patients ever, kept her cool and just smiled. She had 3 customers to take care of while one coworker just walked around and wiped the clean tables. After she finished the customer in front of me. Another coworker appeared but just walked past and went to the back. She finished with me and help the next customer. Neither of the two coworkers ever stopped and helped her. What an amazing person to keep her composure while working with such lazy coworkers. I would be embarrassed if those two boys were mine. I hope management looks at how hard some employees work and others don’t.

Ordered delivery on the website which said it would be here in 5 to 10 minutes. I’ve now been waiting over an hour and then got switched to a subcontractor delivering under DoorDash. Don’t advertise that you deliver when you don’t have your own employees doing the deliveries. I live five minutes down the road and would normally come pick this up but I’ve had surgery recently and literally can’t.

Never have chocolate chip cookies or bread. Was told it is near closing and we don't cook after certain hours. Should always make sure the customer is happy.

Ordered online through their app @ 11:57am their app said the 2 subs would be ready by 12:15 we got there @ 12:25 and our subs was not done nor was they even made. When I asked I was told that they had to heat up the meatballs and they will get our subs done when they can. We did not even get our subs until 12:40. When we did get our subs they was nasty ? their meatball sub was the worst we have ever tasted. Don’t order with their app because they don’t see you as a customer.
