“On the drive home pulled over to Cuatroz bar for last call, was pleasantly surprised. Friendly bar with cool people and great service from bartender, Nana, come check it out yourselves. The bar has 6 big screens and one projector, oh yeah, and each TV had a different sport playing. Very cool, I think I found my new hangout! Bar also has a kitchen, where everyday is Taco Tuesday. “I needed my breakfast fix before leaving town. Cassandra greeted us with a smile and a menu. My homemade mexican sausage and eggs were gently folded in the a-la-mexicana fashion. My wife ordered a breakfast special. It came loaded. 2 eggs, toast, hash brown potatoes, refried beans and the best crispy bacon that reminds you of hand held flavorful jerky!!!! It was a delightful stop. The charming smiles provided service to the clientele. It was not expensive!!!“

“This place is the place to go. It has a friendly and comfortable vibe. I went on a Friday they had a really good DJ playing some good music. We went for a drink and ended up ordering food. For appetizers I got the fried pickles they were delicious I am not a fan of prickles but they were juicy and nicely fried. We tried the Quesadilla with steak and chicken and it’s made with 3 different cheeses. It was so good one of the best ones I had in a while. We then ordered burgers and the waffle fries, they were juicy and delicious. I honestly got full half way through the burger but I finished the fries they were so crispy and they tasted good with ranch (my personal choice) this place isn’t close to me but I will be willing to make the drive to go there again and again. The DJ they had played different music but definitely good choice of songs and genre to play. The waitress we had was even attentive and when asked questions she was very nice and helped us with the questions on the menu. She came to our table frequently to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. The whole experience from start to end was amazing. We did get our drinks and food in a good time frame which to me is excellent service as well.“

“I came into this place out of curiosity. I wanted to check out the new spot that wasn’t easy to place just off the name. The old place that used to be here is totally gone. Thorin’s Tavern is it’s own place here and they nice you open the front door and step in you can tell. The environment includes great music, a mix of everything that anyone can enjoy.I’ve been here a handful of times and it is slowly starting to grow on me more and more. Today I tried the Green Chile Burger, and wow, it did not disappoint. Every ingredient tastes fresh and stands out with each bite. Please understand that this picture cannot due it justice. I’ve had the wings each time I have been here in the past and was never let down, but I will surely be trying new items each time I stop by.“

“1st time here. The food had some great points and some that could be better. For example. The caldo de res was very well cooked, but it was not piping hot. I had the carnitas and they were very tender, but also served not very hot and the rice on my plate was luke warm. The dessert was fruit with Greek yogurt. The best thing for me was the queso fundido which is cooked at table side, that was a fun experience! And of course how could I forget our server. Ms. Diana made this experience so much better! She was sweet, attentive, and had an amazing attitude, which you don't find as easily anymore. Thank you!!“

“This is place is a hidden gem, for real! The many times we would pass it and not even thought of trying them out. But I am happy to say, we tried something new and we loved it. From our seafood boil, to clam chowder, to the gumbo and our kid’s chicken and shrimp baskets. “Literally this bar has been in this location as long as I can remember. It's the only remaining original business of this shopping strip. I grew up down the street on Wick Way and this bar was always there. I'm 54 yrs old and the Montrea has always been there.“

“I had the huevos rancheros for breakfast and they were actually pretty good. Although didn't come with potato which is very common in most restaurants I still was satisfied. My table also had the menudo and said it was also very good. I was surprised that this Mexican restaurant did not have the huevos a la Mexicana which is a classical Mexican breakfast plate. I recommend this place and would visit again when around the area.“

“Went in to fuel up for a Christmas Eve trip to Sam’s club. The chicken sandwich was fantastic!!!’ Hubby said the spicy garlic (I think) wings were among the best wings he’s had in El Paso. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Would like to go back on an evening and check it out.“

“Great staff 100% but no internet access.I was gonna pull cash out of the atm and couldn’t. I was gonna use said cash for darts and Golden tee while watching the Mavs game 2 hours at least but couldn’t. Maybe look into this bc it’s never an issue on Traewood with the internet.“

“Speaking Rock is a great Casino. Keep in mind these are Class II machines which use BINGO to show what you win. Most people won't see the difference between these and Class IIIAlways a great time here. They have 5 bars and probably about 2500 slots. Also they have recently added Roulette and Video Poker.There is a small bingo hall but check the schedule as it is not daily.They do a lot of drawings throughout the year. If you are a new player you get 2,000 ($20) points you can spend on Drinks, food etc.One recent change in FEB 2024 was all beers and seltzer were $4.00 and they jumped up to $6.00. A 50% rise overnight. Many regulars are not happy about this. They did start Happy Hour Mon -Thurs from 11am to 4pm.Concerts are plenty and are really great. The outdoor area is so amazing and NFL football outside is always a party especially when Dallas is playing.They are constantly adding new machines, and contests, music, bands... there seems to always be something new.There is only one small Cafe. A sit down restaurant would be ideal for them to add next.“

“Susan is the best. She always remembers what we want and always a wonderful greeting as soon as we walk in. There's a guy that is younger and snatched my purse from my hands because I was paying with cash not card. He would not have done that to my husband nor in front of him if he was there. “A wonderful seafood restaurant. The service was spotty but the food was fabulous. I had the Caldo de 7 Mares ( seafood soup) It was brimming with seafood and veggies. I did not add the additional rice and bread but that was a good thing because the soup was just outstanding. Secondly I ordered a tostada with atún roja (ahí tuna) it was not as expected. I was expecting a fried tostada loaded with veggies and tuna. What I got was a bowl with veggies, and wonderfully seasoned tuna. I am used to tuna being thinly sliced, but this tuna was in chunks. But no problem because it was delicious served with tortilla chips. All in all, absolutely loved the food, the music was not too loud and I enjoyed dining there. Now if the service could improve I would give Coco Loco five stars. Will definitely go back.“
