“me salio un cabello en mi nieve lo cual okay entiendo a cualquiera nos puede pasar. le comentamos a la muchacha que la nieve estaba muy pequeña y nos agrego nieve al momento de cobrar me los cobran dobles lo cual la verdad no tenia el valor de los 4 y algo que nos ivan a cobrar les dijimos y nos dijieron que no podian hacer nada asi que regresamos el producto. muy mal servicio! era nuestro lugar favorito pero esto fue la gota que derramo el vaso!“

“This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is surprisingly fast. I ordered Berry Pecan Split and my son ordered a Caramel Pecan Horchata Gelato and they were both delicious. All the ingredients were tasty and fresh and the taste and texture of the ice cream and gelato were top notch. They are also open until 11:00 p.m. which is definitely a plus. Highly recommended.“

“Honest review here. They have a lot of variety and all the paletas are really good. We found very strange that they took away the pecan tray after they heard we all wanted our paletas with pecans and they said they ran out of it. I took a picture of the ingredients right before we ordered and the tray was full then so that was the only sketchy part…“

The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“This place is always clean whenever the guy cashier is here, they used to have some ladies that always had the facility dirty, and did NOT know how to make the crepes right and we would always see them on their phones rather than doing their job. Now this facility has improved, the service is good, fast and the guy always prepares our order to perfection.“

“With the new policy that it was implemented this year about the flavored teas coming with no sugar, the drinks don't taste the same. I used to love coming to boss chicken and have me a coconut tea nice and sweet, now the teas taste like diet teas very sour flavor. Very bad choice for us customers.
