“Took a LYFT from the truck stop up the road to watch the Super Bowl, sort of hidden in a strip mall but that makes it a really good out of the way spot the beers were cold and the food was good, nice portions and reasonable prices. Bar maids were easy on the eyes but not much on conversation even though it was only a third capacity. Multiple TV's going but the volume was a bit loud for me. I will definitely visit again when in el Paso and want a cold beer with my dinner“

“Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.“

Received service quickly. Waitress approached me as I was racking up and very attentive and social the 2 hours I was there . She made sure I had water the duration of stay . It was moderately busy. I didn’t have food.“

“I tried Applebee's Eastlake a couple of times right after it opened, and needless to say, it lacked atmosphere and the food was subpar. I decided that when getting Applebee's, I would drive farther away to the Rojas location, as I live in the Horizon area. To my surprise, I recently.... after 10 months or so, visited Applebee's Eastlake again. Wow!!!!! What a turnaround. This place has done a complete transformation. The beer was cold cold cold amadre! I can't express enough how cold it was. The food was amazing and service was incredible. Then when I thought it couldn't get better, I noticed they have a Touch Tunes juke box. That, and the beer alone have won me over. To then add incredible food and incredible service was icing on the cake. Kuddos to all the mangers and staff for the amazing turnaround. If I have one small observation is lighting. I think if you would tone down the lights a bit and give it a soft lighting feel, the ambiance would improve. Right now it feels like Im walking into a surgical room..... especially at night.“

Susan & her staff went above & beyond to host our daughter’s going away party for 70 family members & friends this past Sunday. She set up tables near the stage for our food & cakes, brought out extra tables each time she saw more guest arrive, and helped us put up decorations inside & out. She prepared & brought in extra staff for the party (thank you Bobby, Alex, & the other ladies who helped). Special shout out to Bobby who waited tables & brought drinks to our family/friends throughout the night……completely unexpected and so grateful - amazing service!! Their large outdoor space was perfect to sit, drink & cheer on the corn hole players. Oh, did I mention they had $2 domestic beers on Sunday, $3 well drinks and some beers on sale for $1.00?!! “This place is large enough to hold a very large group of people. Service is good to great depending on what server is taking your order. On very few occasions I've had to hunt my server down, but for the most part the servers are attentive. Great variety of tasty food and the beer has always been cold. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. DJs on the weekend create a great vibe. Highly recommend this place.“

“What a great experience honestly, place was almost empty on a Sunday evening. Hostess and server were both very kind and took great care of me. Had a Dr.Pepper, a Top Shelf Long-Island, and the Whisky Bacon Burger. The Long Island was so good, was exactly what I was craving tonight and the bartender nailed it. Whisky Bacon Burger was also delightful, the infusion of fireball whisky into the burger had a wonderful taste and aroma. The true highlight of tonight was the ladies working the bar, keeping the vibes high with the musics they were playing (mostly sad songs) 😂 but it was such a delight to listen to the mellow music and hear them laughing, was truly a 12/10 experience today, made me want to stay later and take a seat at the bar. Hopefully the vibes are this good the next time I’m back in the city :)“
