“Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.“

“The food and prices are pretty good. Large selection, great bar, hostesses seem new, but wait staff seemed experienced and helpful. The drawback is always the floor cleanliness. It is definitely a drawback. This location has a terrible turn around cleaning for booths and floors.“

“Our servers Edith, Angie and Liz were very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was delicious and served hot. Love the daily specials which help in these trying times. Only complaint I have is the music selection was a bit loud. Hard to have a conversation. Definitely go back .“

Received service quickly. Waitress approached me as I was racking up and very attentive and social the 2 hours I was there . She made sure I had water the duration of stay . It was moderately busy. I didn’t have food.“

“I have to say that from several Applebee's we've been to in El Paso,Tx this has been by far the best service ever! Our server was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. I believe it was Eli but Im not sure. Josh and staff are incredible. Food was great! Loved the Horizon location!!“

“Tried the new sesame salmon bowl, i came in at about 11:15p.m. I was greeted immediately with a smile and sat down at a booth. The waitress which sadly i forgot to ask her name but she was great, quick service didn't even let me run half way through my soda before bringing me a fresh one. The food was delicious, salmon was cooked perfect, the cilantro rice was hot and cooked just right the sweet sesame dressing tasted great and the salad was fresh and crisp. Even the manager came over to check on me when I was the last customer. It was a long day for me I drove from dallas and was on the road all day and all I wanted was a great meal to finish my night after being exhausted and this place checked off everything and then some. The place was very clean staff was happy and never made me feel like I had to rush. I've been in the business 20 years and that experience is exactly how it is done! The cook making the food that perfect at the end of the shift shows true integrity and character. I tip my hat to this staff for not letting their foot off the gas til after they crossed the finish line!“

“My husband and I tried this place tonight on a whim and it was AMAZING! I got the pulled pork slider appetizer and he got 15 garlic parmesan boneless wings. I also got 5 hot honey boneless wings. Their house made ranch is also AMAZING. I am very particular about ranch and honestly almost brought my own when we saw the menu online and decided on wings but I’m so glad I didn’t! The vibe, other patrons and staff were amazing. The food is upscale but the prices can’t be beat. Great specials and alcohol pricing, my husband had 2 draft blue moons. Only 10 minutes from Buffalo Soldier gate and we will be back 🩷“

“This weekend I took my uncle and aunt that came into town from Dallas TX to eat here. They were both completely blown away with how amazing the food was. My aunt ranted and raved with how the food was packed with flavor and the chicken she ordered was so tender and not dry!!! She also let the employees there know that in Dallas all the Applebees there could never measure up to the food or service she experienced at this one. They both continued to say throughout the whole day that how they wished they could take all the cooks and staff home with them. They will definitely be revisiting before leaving. Thank you to the George dieter Applebees team for giving my family a wonderful experience! always the best one to visit! A special thank you to the managers that were there who were very professional and welcoming Jordan and Robert! what a great team you both hold!“
“I highly recommend this place to host a party or enjoy a drink or two or three! Susan & her staff went above & beyond to host our daughter’s going away party for 70 family members & friends this past Sunday. She set up tables near the stage for our food & cakes, brought out extra tables each time she saw more guest arrive, and helped us put up decorations inside & out. She prepared & brought in extra staff for the party (thank you Bobby, Alex, & the other ladies who helped). Special shout out to Bobby who waited tables & brought drinks to our family/friends throughout the night……completely unexpected and so grateful - amazing service!! Their large outdoor space was perfect to sit, drink & cheer on the corn hole players. Oh, did I mention they had $2 domestic beers on Sunday, $3 well drinks and some beers on sale for $1.00?!! We seriously couldn’t have found a better place, this is our new hang out place. Thank you so much Susan!!“

“Got the Texas Cheesesteak. Was very good. Also got 3 carne asada tacos to go for lunch. Waitress waited to place the tacos so they would be ready as I was leaving. Perfect timing. Very quick, accurate and professional. Music was at the perfect level. Didn't have to yell at the waitress to order food. Will be going back for sure.
Remember this is a sports bar. If thats not your thing, you wont like this.“

“Went to this Applebees this past Saturday and had a great experience. There was a gent outside offering to wash car windows for change. I offered him something to eat instead. I asked the manager (think he was the manager amd hope I do not get him in trouble) to sev him a burger with fries and a drink and put on my tab, he said no problem. About 5 min later he came by and said I +ould not see it on my bill, he would take care of it. Really appreciate the emparhy and hunanity. Left an extra tip for the gesture.“

“If you get a tall waitress named Jasmine with long hair and beedz, she was our most nicest waitress my wife and I ever had!! She had such a positive attitude when my wife’s food came out to salty and even after the manager made her change her shoes. “Took a LYFT from the truck stop up the road to watch the Super Bowl, sort of hidden in a strip mall but that makes it a really good out of the way spot the beers were cold and the food was good, nice portions and reasonable prices. Bar maids were easy on the eyes but not much on conversation even though it was only a third capacity. Multiple TV's going but the volume was a bit loud for me. I will definitely visit again when in el Paso and want a cold beer with my dinner“
