Grace both lady’s do the best of it 😊
They took forever to take our order then they brought us nasty old tasting chips. After waiting two hours they started slowly bringing out our plates one at a time, COLD!
The chicken from the chicken enchiladas was rotten and DISGUSTING! This is by far the worst place I’ve ever eaten at. Stay away!
Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this place. Slow service. Rude waitress. Food was subpar. Paid for extra condiments and drinks to go that we did not receive.
Got some vegetarian tacos to go for my mother back at the hotel. Got back to our hotel only to find they have us beef instead.
We came in 2 hours before closing and ordered six simple meals that were all messed up.
Honestly felt like we were treated like we were a burden.

Lala's Mexican Restaurant in Sonora offers a satisfying dining experience with a good selection of traditional Mexican dishes. The food is generally well-received, with highlights including the Big Pappy Burrito with fajita chicken and the beef fajita plates. Recently, customers have enjoyed the chicken with queso, which many described as the best queso they have ever had, and grilled chicken that was cooked to perfection. The restaurant features an inviting outdoor patio and a bar, creating a pleasant atmosphere. While the red salsa received some criticism, the overall service and value make Lala's a reliable option for those passing through the area. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, often noting their fun and helpful nature, and the food portions are satisfying, with some highlighting the homemade taste of dishes like hamburgers and old-fashioned fries. The building is old but clean, and there is street parking available. Despite occasional disorganization, visitors find Lala's to be a good local spot for authentic Mexican food and a welcoming environment, making it a great choice for both casual diners and those on road trips.
