Normally, I have a great experience. Yesterday's trip was the exception. With several cars ahead of me, it took 7 minutes to make it to the order board . . . only to be told they had no salads - NONE - and that's the only thing I went there for! I had to wait another 8 minutes in line until I could pass through without receiving an order.
[BTW - Got my Southwest Chicken Salad at McDonald's in record time . . . it just wasn't as good as Jack's would have been.]
