Very pleasant. Nice staff. Clean lobby and restroom. Food got to us a little slower than normal but it was very good.
Historic Arches, Modern Restaurant with all the latest upgrades, including the 2 lane drive thru ordering. Also a Red Box at this location at the very back of the parking lot. Many Pokemon Go gyms and pokestops in the immediate vicinity as well.Update 2024: That was 7 years ago and nothing has changed except that there is no longer a Red Box at this location. Love the Frozen Dr Pepper!

I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option.Every single time I mean EVERY single time I go to this McDonald’s on College st.In South Houston they always get my food wrong either it’s wrong or I don’t get part of what I ordered.A few different times I ordered a Big Mac with no meat it even shows it on the receipt no meat extra cheese but when they bring it to me it has 3 pieces of meat and no cheese.SMH

Every time we Doordash, this place always and I mean always forgets several items in our order. So now we go in person and guess what they forget items as well ?. Always check your order before leaving!!! I understand they are busy but quality and service should not be skipped.
I had a very good experience at McDonald’s yesterday. There was no line went through there fast. Everybody was nice and you’re able to have Wi-Fi so that’s an A+ turned up pretty good yesterday at McDonald’s..Vegetarian options: Not too sure, but my friend said they do have it. I’m pretty sure they do.Dietary restrictions: Yes, I do have that dietary foodParking: No, there was parking all around McDonald’s is in the corner of Oak Galveston Road and CollegeKid-friendliness: And yes, they do have a playground for children to play pretty much just clean all the time I have 13 grandkids and they play in there all the timeWheelchair accessibility: Yes, they do have two wheelchair access right in front of the door
I want to share that approximately two weeks ago my family and I went to this place and we had a horrible experience when ordering and paying. We forgot our card. It didn't take us 5 minutes to get back and when we returned the cashier told us that the manager had already cut it off. In 4 pastes, the truth is that it made me very angry since it hadn't taken us long to return.Bad experience
