They charge 15$ a day for self parking that’s the only think I don’t care about . Also we found glass in are room we asked to get it cleaned and after it was cleaned we where finding more glass . We did notify the front desk. Other then that pool was great . A lot of walking around and seeing cool things .

Upon checking in, the lady was not very welcoming or friendly. She did not offer any type of hotel information being that it was our 1st time staying there. Once in our room on the 5th floor, we walked into an ant infested room. They were everywhere on the floors, the counters, even the beds! We called down & they said they would get maintenance up to our room and for us to go back down to see about a room change. We got changed to the 9th floor in an accessible room which was ok. Once we got to that room we found that the mini fridge didn't work, the lock on the balcony did not lock in securely so it didn't lock, and there was mold on the shower curtain. We called downstairs again to let them know and nothing was done. There was no apologies or any form of forgiveness. It was as if we were the nuisance and bugging them. On the plus side the burgers down in the restaurant were pretty good. For future references we probably won't stay here again.

Husband and I came for our honeymoon. We are sorely disappointed. The price is not worth it.
First, I filtered by hotels that offer room service and this came up, they don’t offer it.
The overnight person told us we can talk to concierge the next day and turns out they were off and short a person so we wasted a morning walking in and out of the lobby thinking they were on break when we could’ve been out doing something.
The WiFi never worked, we were told a tech was looking into it. Something a motel would offer, we didn’t get.
They charge to EVERYTHING extra which I get it, hotels do that but you already pay so much for the stay, then they add resort fees and parking. They’re marked up crazy high. Like the $200
pool side cabanas or anything in the lobby store.
Another feature I liked was a swim up bar…it was never operational while we were here.
Then we spent 15-20 minutes trying to get into our room because the door wasn’t reading out keys. There was a screw coming loose and the batteries were slipping out. I asked for a late checkout because of it and was told all guests have complimentary checkout at 12. The spa is also overpriced. Salon down the street was always $10 cheaper.
It smells like sewage by the pool and beach entrance.
The only good thing was the cleaning and how close it was to the beach.

no wifi. the whole weekend! all they have to do is reset the modem and router, but the front desk replied, "The engineers said to forget the network on your phones and try again." Basically saying its our phones fault and not the hotel's. that solution didn't work the 18 times we tried it over 2 days. we are locals and wanted to try a staycation since my husband works remotely. thought it would be nice to work from the hotel balcony with a beautiful, peaceful view of the ocean, BUT you can't work remotely without wifi! won't be staying here again. what hotel doesn't have working internet in this day and age and why isn't it a priority to fix it?? the front desk couldn't have cared less.

Stayed 10/23-10/27, 2024.
Became skeptical after reading reviews and already having our trip booked. However, Margaritaville SPI did not disappoint (I think some people just like to complain about everything without giving any grace to certain situations and/or asking for assistance regarding issues).
•All of the staff members were kind and courteous (yes, this includes front desk - I read some complaints about that and we had zero issues with front desk staff, they were very polite).
•Housekeeping was good about picking up our trash and asking if we needed anything. Our room was clean, AC definitely worked - very well ?, the water got plenty hot and shower head was amazing, mini fridge was in working order and stayed cool, balcony over looking the island was perfect, the beds and pillows were very comfy and I slept like a baby. Overall, very satisfied with room. And no, we did not incur any strange cleaning fees which some complained about. And whomever said you couldn’t bring your own beverages was full of it - you just cannot bring your own down to the pool area which I personally feel is fine because they offer beverages down there for purchase.
•Joe’s Coffee 10/10. I love my coffee, you could almost call it a necessity for functionality! They had a lot of options and signature blends and I even overheard someone say they had an expresso martini at Landshark using Joe Merchant coffee! Yum!
•Pool was clean and very large. Kiddie pool for the littles with changing color lights at night. Temperature was content, I’m a freeze baby so I prefer a hot tub but the swim up bar maintained a warmer temp so that was lovely! Staff at the swim up bar were very kind and quick to refill our beverages.
•Landshark Bar & Grill had entertainment indoors and out the entire duration of our stay Weds-Sun. The food there was fantastic. Staff and bartenders were excellent.
•Valet was so incredibly kind and though we didn’t utilize it as we didn’t come with a vehicle - they still opened doors for us when Uber arrived, helped with luggage, etc.
•Excursion desk by front desk - the lady did not approach us and we didn’t stop the first day but then went up to it to look at brochures and she explained to us that many places will provide a discount just for staying at Margaritaville. She wrote down the numbers to call and this made our experiences so much cheaper!
•Location. This was probably my only downfall and I wouldn’t even call it a downfall…It was so cool to see the Homeland Security blimp and learn about that, having the view of the Space X station was pretty awesome, the beach seemed pretty well maintained and had zero issues with access even after the resort gate closed, the public access leads to the front of the hotel. This resort is on the South end of the Island. So, you likely have to Uber, Taxi or wait for it - RENT A GOLF CART (so fun and accessible) to get to places off the resort. We received a discount on the 24 hour golf cart rental for staying at Margaritaville and they even picked us up at our hotel and they will come pick it up afterwards if you don’t want to drive it back.
I would definitely come and stay here again! As well as recommend any family/friends to this resort. Thank you Margaritaville SPI Resort and staff for an incredible vacation! ??

Good location service needs lots of work. First we went to dinner and they didn’t bring us any napkins or silverware. Food was pretty meh at best and then when they remembered to bring utensils she said sorry we don’t have any clean silverware here’s some plastic packs. That I could get over but then after a long exhausting day I get in bed and the sheets are HORRIBLE. They literally feel like they’re covered in sand because of all this random fuzz. I called downstairs about this and they came and brought me the sheets to put on myself ?. If I wanted to make my own bed I wouldn’t go to a hotel resort. Overall just pretty bummed especially since we came for my mom's birthday and I just wanted to do something nice for her.
I would like to add that the girl that checked me in was extremely kind! Thank you to her.

We ate at the restaurant. It was a large party. Gender reveal. Great service and the food came out quick with no issues. Good food.
Great spot for beach activities, large pool, good bar staff. Cleaning fee of $200 is extreme, but otherwise a nice new hotel and had a great time.

The resort met all our needs. Pool was fun and easy beach access. Pricing for drinks on site were surprisingly well priced for being a resort.

Absolutely love this hotel. The husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. The view was amazing and the drinks were delicious. Will be coming back in the future with our kids. Definitely recommend!

We stumbled on this place, just looking for a place close to Spacex to complete our pilgramage to the 2 towers. This place was amazing. We ended up on the 10th floor with terrific views. We even got to witness a test fire on booster 13! The staff are amazing. Shout out to Cindy at Landshark restaurant. The pool and amenities were all top-notch. My only minor gripe is the pool music is a bit loud even on our balcony 10 story up. But at least they are great tunes. We will be back. Also, we must note that we are here during the shoulder season, so it's very chil with a lot of guests. Made for a very good time. Our wifi was also not good, but apparently, they were working on it. Just as well... I am on vacation and don't need to do those business emails:)

The only thing that is nice here is the pool area. Other than that never again. More expensive. Rooms are small. The balcony is small. They don't give you what you ask for when you book it. The restaurant closes at 11..ok..so why do they have to stare you down to finish eating? That's just rude. You're not even done eating and already asking to take your plate.

Really rough food, loud old outdated ac that will keep you up, only enough pool chairs for like 100 people in a hotel of 1000 so put your towel out at 9am or you get to sit at a table at the pool. 50% of the pool area and seating is paid cabana 200 bucks a day which is fun but would be awesome if you could just have enough seats without further extortion. But rest assured you can rent dirty beach chairs for 15 bucks each. Only one restaurant and one trailer all food is movie theater quality. Nice coffee shop and staff was nice just kinda a super weird experience. Also parking is a further extortion of 15 bucks a day as a heads up. Super pretty place but definitely wouldn't be back unless someone kidnapped me.
