Horrible service, we went to see a very special game and just by asking if there was seating upstairs we were told “idk go look” what type of answer is that!!?
Then when we get upstairs it’s full reserved and when we do find a seat we waited 30min + along with other tables with no one taking any orders from us or greeting us. After that we decided to just find another place with better service.

We were upstairs for about 30 minutes nobody got us our drinks we eventually went to the bar. We asked to take a food order and she told us it would be a server coming up that never came so we decided to go downstairs. We waited about five more minutes. I eventually got frustrated. I asked to employees for help one of them ignored me But did notify somebody The other one told me she was going home. The bartender downstairs Also knew we need help And instead of doing his job, Job, he was flirting with a customer who clearly look like his girlfriend we tried to order, but everything that we tried to order was done and not in the menu very disappointed we left with nothing And the server dismissed us disgustingly A very horrible experience I do not recommend for anybody to come here If you’re trying to have a good time or be with your family, I do not recommend for big groups We should’ve walked out when we saw all the families, disappointed and upset. I’m a server as well. I understand how servers work I’ve been off server for about six years now I think you guys need to relearn the steps of service and health service should be applied. It is no wonder when I walked in every customer had a sad looking face If you can’t get good employees Or even maintain a good menu I suggest this restaurant shuts down completely The music coming from the building is misleading. It seems fun but once you walk in you see all the sad faces. I think the ratings in this place should be changed completely like there’s just no way. I’m in shock that doesn’t even have a good rating.

We went there for the US soccer game last night. It was a little bit of a bumpy start, but the owner took care of it and made sure everyone was able to enjoy the game. Our server was top-notch. The food Was on point for a sports bar. Truly, the best massive pretzel I have ever had, and I’m not young. Nachos were great. We bought the colossal beef. Fabulous! The sweet man who brought our food out was just delightful. Tiffany, our server, was attentive and absolutely wonderful. We were a table of five in a full house, so that’s a big deal.

This is the definition of a sports bar. Waiter was amazing. Food was mediocre and so many screens to watch.

Ruben was amazing. He hung out with us and served us well. Will definitely be coming back again

Forgot what time my friend and I arrived, (it was late), but it was great and both servers who tended us were awesome. I got a margarita, which tasted amazing, but I couldn't finish it much to my sadness (that's on me LOL) and I got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Such a scrumptious meal and was too much so I took leftovers to go.

All TVs were showing the World Cup (much appreciated) and karaoke was upstairs.

All in all, my friend and I had an amazing experience! Would go again if we ever go back to the island. 😎

Just ate here it was really dead but we did wait for a while for our food, told us they ran out of hot dogs like 15 minutes after we ordered. We asked for a patty melt and they gave us a random burger. The fish plate I ordered was $6 more than what I originally ordered and came with a salad I had no idea was even mine. The server was pretty down and their energy was not friendly. Asked us to tip in cash which we kind of got uncomfortable about. The tvs were a very big and good quality tho.

Servers were on top of everything at all times… Mr. Javi great customer service so lovely and energetic….. and Mr. Tyler crushed it during FIFA hours.. always with a smile all of them… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ❤

The food was very strange, tasted weird. Meat was stringy and dry. Water is tap only. Service was terrible. We were so shocked. For as much as we spent I would not recommend. We were very disappointed.

32 foot tv and they don’t even play any UFC fights.

Bartender upstairs white man with glasses was HORRIBLE. You can tell he did not want to attend anyone and had a horrible attitude.

Always loved this place, best food and drink specials on the island, which comes in handy because I’m gonna hang out for a few hours watching the 36 FOOT TV!!! Laid back, charming staff make the experience just that much better. This is definitely one of my go to spots.

The service and the food was terrible here. Peel and eat shrimp was soggy and swimming in water, oysters were blah, fajitas were below average. 2 servers for the whole place. We had to ask twice for the correct amount of silverware. I left hungry and angry. So sorry we spent our first night of vacation chosing Krakan.

This place is so overpriced. I have eaten much better food and much lower prices at the island. We asked to split our bill. Worse mistake! Waitress charged me twice for one $22 plate. My daughter didnt even eat her wings. They were soggy and nothing but grease on them. The buffalo sauce just slid off from all the grease! Chicken strips are more like chicken scraps! Needless to say, Will never go back again. $300 for 9 people for medicore food.That included a gratuity of like $50 which i didnt see until after I also left her a tip. And there was gratuity added to my moms tab also and that was only 4 plates. She paid like 150!
