Stopped by The Baked Bear and tried one of their custom ice cream creations loaded with colorful sprinkles and almonds. Definitely not my usual “AI in Healthcare” topic, but this deserved a little field research of its own.
Fun atmosphere, clean shop, friendly service, and plenty of combinations to choose from. The portions are generous, so bring your appetite—and maybe leave the calorie calculator at home for this one.

Even late on a Sunday night, we had to wait ~20 min to get in the door, but the line was moving quickly. Service was quick and friendly and options were plenty. The cookies and ice cream were worth the wait. We will definitely be back!
What a cool place! Why are these not everywhere? Really yummy!
