Traveled from Oklahoma and after seeing this on FB, it was the first place I had to stop and try. Got the shrimp bowl and it was amazing! The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the pineapple was juicy. The guy working was friendly and the service was fast. Definitely a must try if you’re in or around spi.
Let me start with agreeing with another review. My wife really wanted to try this food truck. Hard facts: The shrimp in a pineapple bowl was good. However, we could have eaten at a sit down restaurant in SPI for the price and quantity. The pineapple Pina-colada looked fabulous with the pieces of pineapple on top but couldn’t hide the bland taste.
