Visited on a Monday morning with 3 adults and 1 child. We were informed they were out of crayons for kid's menu, no big deal. I tried to order 3 different meals during breakfast and they were unable to make any of them. Pork belly was still defrosting and they couldn't make crab cakes or cheesy grits cakes (don't think a reason was given on those last two, just a we can't make them). We showed up to Grapevine Cafe at 10am, hopeful and hungry, only to be told the wait would be about an hour. Okay, fair enough for a popular spot. But we didn’t actually get seated until 12pm — a full two-hour wait. On top of that, our party of nine got split up into two separate tables, and despite our polite asks, the staff wouldn’t slide the tables together so we could all sit as a group. Not the best first impression.

Found this gem online when looking for breakfast/brunch places over Memorial Day weekend. It was packed with a long wait but it was worth the wait!
Everyone working here is happy and the place is clean. The food was EXCELLENT. We had the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and the Huevos Rancheros Benedictos and they are both to die for. My 12 year old daughter claimed “this is the BEST meal EVER”. Even the coffee was amazing.
