The food has fresh ingredients; the brisket is amazing and the barbacoa bowl is delicious and very juicy. Some customers were disappointed with the customer service, feeling rushed and surprised by extra charges for guacamole and queso. The dining area was described as unattractive. However, the staff were friendly and service was quick with a full staff.
