Always seems to be understaffed. For well over a year this location has not been properly maintaining the drink machines: letting the tray get absolutely filthy, only 2 machines ever have ice at all times and those 2 generally are out of pepsi and at least one other drink type, and usually 2 or more of the order kiosks are down or refuse to work correctly (won't read payment cards). The returns from the service desk take up so much space that the seating for the food court is crammed in too tight to remotely feel comfortable, and just like the drink machines they appear to be rarely cleaned.

Giving the food court five stars because these guys were hustling in there yesterday! The food court was packed and everybody was just standing around staring at them waiting for their food. They were working so hard! Always have to get my Costco hot dog after shopping and I love the new chocolate chip cookie! Maybe love it a little too much!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the woman behind the counter today I believe her name was Karry (It started with a K). It's the Tuesday after the Thanksgiving rush and they're electronic order system is down and although it was busy and hectic, she was so calm and still personable.

This could be the worst food I’ve ever had. I can’t believe Portnoy even gave their pizza a 2 rating out of 10. It’s worse than that. The soda fountain doesn’t carry anything that hasn’t been around 50 years. The wraps burn your mouth. I’ve tried really hard to like something here due to the low prices but you get what you pay for.

The cheese pizza is absolutely fantastic. The hotdogs is amazing. Pepperoni is good. What can I say more? For what you pay the value is amazing. This food sure beats papa johns, frattelo, ceasar etc etc.

Food is ok but good for a quick cheap bite. Beware the churros come in an 2-sided open envelope, not a full bag. If you're not aware, it's a sugar disaster.
The poutine slaps, the pizza slaps, the hot dog slaps, if only we had the chicken bake in Canada. The price is also right. Classic.

I had a poor experience at this location today and unfortunately almost every time I visit the Southlake Costco I have interactions with Costco employees that are rude and probably should not be working where they help others.Today the lady whose name is in the receipt told me I should have just chosen a different cashier if I wanted good service and had words with me giving me an excuse for her poor service. (I will be contacting directly Costco management in further details and regards to this specific employee)However, I am urged to write this review more because consistently the service and respect given to members at SOUTHLAKE Costco has been sub par in the 6 years we have lived here. We drive further to a different location just to have better interactions and always seem to regret coming to this one... If you love Costco but dislike being disrespected I would advice to drive further to another location and avoid this one at all costs.
