Einstein Bros. Bagels

The gang that works weekday mornings is really amazing. They learn folk’s names and move around with a smile and a skip in their step. Stop buy for a bagel leave with a little extra hope.

I ordered a specific sandwich through the Einstein Bros website. When I picked it up, no one told me they were out of the bread I ordered. I only found out after opening the sandwich and seeing it was made on a bread I don’t like.

I called to ask for a refund or a remake, and they said they could remake it. I told them exactly which bread I wanted this time. They gave me a complimentary smoothie, which I appreciated—until I opened the remade sandwich and found a hair in it.

For context: I have tight, curly hair. The hair in my sandwich was straight/wavy, so it clearly wasn’t mine.

At that point, I was done. Between not communicating substitutions and a basic sanitation issue, it’s clear quality control is not a priority here. You can keep the $15.

Another poor experience in an Einstein Bagel due to grossly slow service. No one was in line when I walked in, 8:15 AM, and only 1 person waiting on their order. My order was taken promptly by a very friendly young lady. However, it took 15 minutes to be served My food, and breakfast sandwich egg was undercooked and dripping off the bagel. So disappointing to continue to walk into an Einstein Bagel knowing they have an outstanding menu and great food, but continue to run the business with grossly under staffed locations, preparing the food less than satisfactory. Einstein leadership and their local management needs to turn this around, or this great brand will cease to exist.

First time at Einstein Bros. Got a iced mocha and hash brown.. I have been experiencing a severe gastrointestinal issue. It has been nonstop. What is going on? Would not suggest getting those two items.

French toast bagel is not bad

I have been going to this bagel store for years. I was treated so rudely by Daniel today that I will NEVER return! There was no one else in there so being busy could not be their excuse and they just ignored me.

They seem very disorganized and not wanting to take my order. Just ignoring me all together. The staff was not friendly and Daniel was down right RUDE! There was no one else in there so there is no excuse that they were busy.

I tried to call the store around 1:15 because I forgot my cream cheese & no answer . $34 worth of orders & no one could answer the phone ? I know you close at 2 but a little service goes a long way . I live in Denton & stopped there on my way home to pick up half a dozen bagels , 1 cream cheese & 2 lox & bagels to go . $34.35 total . Have the decency to answer your phone calls !
