They have good bagels. However inside is run down . The soda water machine has been broken at least for past two months I am coming here. So no tap water etc. coffee often not very fresh…

I hadn’t been in a long time so decided to stop after early morning workout. Got coffee ( and the Vanilla Hazelnut is very good) with a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. The bagel was burnt and all you smell and taste was the burnt flavor. Should have been easily seen by person buttering bagel but what you get when employees just don’t care. Will be a long time before I try again.

No frills begal place. Somewhat similar to Panera bread. Their 'Everything Bagel' is alot tasty compare to other begal place. When you order alot of items they do missed out some, so check before you leave. Overall, good experience.

We get coffee most mornings here at Einstein's. The vanilla hazelnut coffee cannot be beat! Best customer service around. We LOVE Riri!!! She is truly the best all around.

Whomever the young lady with the pink hair is who’s taking orders this morning needs a brake or a training in customer service during peak hours. Completely rude, no eye contact and the attitude and energy she showed the customers and her co workers is uncalled for. Every other person who works there is always the nicest. I will be asking for someone else to take my order in the future.
Monday morning shift is A++++. Very attentive and courteous. Our order was out quick and correct. Best one in the meteoplex!!!!

Alas. My experience has always been good, but today I experienced terrible customer service from a person that seemed to be a morning manager. The other workers were kind though.
The food is awesome. The atmosphere is family friendly. The lights were not that good.

If I had the chance to rate it a 0 I would. I ordered 2 bagels and they were both wrong, mind you I had to pay extra to get the certain bagel, I have tried reaching out through the online “contact” 2 times to give me my refund and yet nobody has reached out to me!

Stopped in here on my way to work and had terrible service. Waited in line for 10 min for any staff member to decide to finally take orders and it just seemed unorganized and possibly understaffed. Should have looked at the reviews beforehand to avoid the unprofessional staff. The caramel cold brew was good and the all nighter is too but not worth the hassle or wait.
