I normally come in for their Friday buffet (which is always delicious) and I’ve also been in for their new lunch platter (again, excellent) but today came in taking advantage of their new loyalty club’s offer of complimentary Pav Bhaji. The flavors were amazing. The bread was perfectly, lightly toasted. The owner told me they will be adding this dish to their everyday menu, and I 100% recommend you coming in to try it. The best Indian food in the Denton area. Do not expect a chic interior design-very casual indoor dining, and you'll need to BYOB or wine, but the food is worth it if you're an Indian food junkie! Chicken Vindaloo is the best!

Based on reviews, Ista Indian Cuisine offers a great little buffet with a decent variety of Indian food where every dish is excellent. The buffet is very clean and consistently rotated to stay fresh, with complimentary warm naan fresh from the kitchen. The Chole Bhature is a standout, with perfectly fluffy bhature and authentic, savory chole. The Friday buffet is always delicious, and the new lunch platter is excellent. The new loyalty club offers a complimentary Pav Bhaji with amazing flavors and perfectly, lightly toasted bread. The Chicken 65 Biryani had a generous portion size. The mango lassi is a highlight. The owner is extremely passionate about the restaurant. The service is very welcoming, everyone is super nice, and the spice level is very approachable. Prices are affordable with great value, and it is a must-visit for anyone interested in trying Indian food.
