It was date night for my wife and I. We typically don't get to go out as much as we'd like to so we typically don't venture outside of our normal spots. However, we decided to try out Kirby's for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The food was very good. It's what you'd expect to pay for a good steakhouse so the price's were not surprising. Erin was our server and gave us the best service we ever received at any restaurant. By far the greatest first experience we've had. We will be back and request her every visit.

Dinner with family and friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal! Lobster Bisque, Tequila Shrimp, steaks and Lamb Chops - Yum! Also great cocktails and wine, and our server was fabulous.

Kirby's is one of my all time favorite restaurants in the area. The ambiance, the service, and the food are always above and beyond. You're welcome in a tshirt or a tuxedo. Our server Keith paced everything perfectly and we were never rushed nor did we ever find ourselves waiting. He is just spot on perfect. We had time to order and enjoy a cocktail before we started in on the meal. Our shrimp cocktail featured huge shrimp and the perfect cocktail sauce. The calamari and peppers were delicious. The Kirby's made in house blue cheese dressing is sheer perfection on a salad. The filet is always perfect to temperature. I've never seen any other restaurant so consistently perfect on how steaks are done. The perfect sear, so flavorful and tender. Our creme brulee dessert was a perfect ending. Kirby's is a neighborhood gem and Keith is a very experienced and professional server. I look forward to my next visit!

Everything was flawless with the food, service, & atmosphere.Only disappointment is a stall in men's restroom has tile ceiling caked with dust & worse, the fan was also caked with dust. It's unhealthy & not acceptable for any restaurant, especially Kirby's model.

Perfect date night spot. We chose to sit in the lounge so it was a lil noisier but that was our choice. The table was perfect in the corner with the fireplace . Our food was perfect and the portions were large!
Our server Richard was amazing compared to other steak houses this was so good. I will be back worth every penny spent. Must try if you have one in your area but especially Dallas!!
Don't let the outside look of the building fool you, it's the ideal steakhouse inside. Dimly lit with all the classic cuts. I got a filet that I cut with my fork and the Lobster tail scampi was the best I've ever had. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

There was a very disruptive child (approximately 9-10 years old) at the table next to us. She couldn't stay seated - flitting around the table barefooted, talking loudly and generally being obnoxious. Not the atmosphere we were looking for. It ruined the entire evening. We have always loved Kirby's for the old world vibe and the food. It was very disappointing.

Great filets perfectly done, as usual! Excellent wedge salad and side dishes. However, our waiter was a bit too chatty. He spent a lot of time telling us about your most expensive wines, appetizers, and steaks, even though we showed no interest. After he had taken our orders, he was fast and efficient, and gave us just the right amount of attention.

We did a pre-Valentine's Day dinner at Kirby's Prime Steakhouse. It was amazing. The overall experience was amazing. The service was wonderful. I don't drink. The waitress helped me find a wine that I loved! We are already planning our next event to celebrate there.

Great food. All the Steaks were perfect. We had rare, medium rare and medium well. The peppercorn sauce and Black Truffle Butter were outstanding. As were the sautéed spinach and Au Gratin potatoes. The blueberry cheesecake was surprisingly really really good. (I don't generally like cheesecake) the suggested wine was good but not great. Our server was very pleasant and enthusiastic, if a bit unschooled. I would have given 5 stars but our booth was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. Hard and lumpy upholstery and uncomfortably tight.
