Leaving a review hoping this is a franchise and the local owner can get some feedback. I came in at 2:30 and 4:15 on Saturday, December 28. The two young girls working this shift need some serious training. I saw them help 5 families, including myself, and they never once smiled, spoke, or greeted anyone. Me and my friend were walking around and saw the most adorable ice cream shop and we just had to go in. Super friendly and inviting as soon as we walked in. Sam served us ice cream and was so kind and helpful in helping us pick out flavors. The best customer service and MOST DELICIOUS ice cream either of us has had in DFW! We live close to uptown Dallas and only wish there was a location closer by! Definitely stop by if you are in Southlake

It was a decent experience. I had the reese’s pieces one- it was Okayish flavour as I tried a couple of them and didn’t like any so settled down for this.
My family had a chickoo flavour one and it was really good but unfortunately they didn’t have it for a cup or single serving- they have it only in the pints. So we got one and shared. I will suggest them to have it for single serving too.
