We've always been happy with this location, not sure what the reviews being so hard is about (I get the impression when you're in "certain neighborhoods", you can attract an unfair amount of "Karenification", if you get me). We have 3 Schlotzsky's within "home shot", but this one's our favorite, especially to dine inside. Always friendly staff, usually fairly clean, and the food is always very good. Drive thru employee was THE most mannerly person ever! Perfection in the customer service department! I want to come back just for him ? I didn’t catch his name but he was working the drive thru @ 6:05p on 11/3.

Food was very good. It had been a number of years since I'd been to a Schlotsky's. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch calzone. There was only two people working so service was a bit slow as the two were having to do both the front of house and back duties. But they were very nice and helpful.
