Came in for lunch and ordered egg rolls and Chicken Hibachi. Got my app just fine, but 20 minutes passed and the waitress brought me the check and stated that I said I only wanted egg rolls? Huge waste of time. She was nice enough, but tried to say the miscommunication was my mixup. Do people really come and just want an eggroll? Just a weird experience that wasted my lunch break.

The service was very bad and they rushed us out of the restaurant in a rude manner. We did not have enough time to thoroughly enjoy the delicious food. The restaurant owner was giving us angry looks until we finally decided to leave. The overall service and experience was pretty disappointing.

The environment isn't as fancy as some other hibachi places, but the food is top notch. Filet with shrimp was delicious!

This place is ok. Food is meh. Experience also so so. I've had better hibachi in town.

We love shogun!! Every time we come the food is top tier. Go earlier in the night. You can tell that the hibachi chefs are tired the later you go. But earlier in the night, they have a lot of fun!

Service was great. Had a very personable chef. There were 7 of us and we were taken care of. Food was good and plentiful not super flavorful. Meals are around 20-40$
Every one commented on the soup at the beginning that was amazing.

Place was just ok. Our chef was a great guy and pit on a great show. Food and atmosphere was average. Cooked well but food wasn't great quality

This is definitely an old Shogun. The floor felt sticky/ slippery. Service was fair with the exception they got our Habachi order wrong.
Yet the food was great! It had the right flavor.
I would definitely come back. Hoping they do a better job with floors it’s an accident waiting to happen.

It wasn't that bad, but I expected something better. I've been to different Shogun restaurants and hibachi, but this one was definitely the worst in terms of taste and price. Plus, the chef didn't do any tricks, and they charged you 15% of tip on the check, and they still asked for more... Completely disappointed 😞 😕
