Holy cow! Truck came into Paloma Creek today (August 16, 2026). Saw it had soft serve. Got my neighbor to hold it up while I grabbed my wallet. Got a strawberry sundae for my wife and chocolate nut sundae for me. The soft serve was soooooooo creamy and smooth. Best soft serve I’ve had in years. My wife scarfed her sundae down in record time. Raved about the ice cream too.

If you see this truck coming, order from it. Guaranteed you won’t be disappointed

Went with Texas Ice Cream for a company picnic. There were approximately 100 to 150 people there. Luke was our designated driver for the day. He showed up about 15 minutes early and set up. Very professional, a really nice, well-mannered young man. I highly recommend Texas Ice Cream for your events. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Ask for Luke, he'll definitely take care of you.
The soft serve was a big hit with everyone at the picnic.
