The food here is excellent and the owners are extremely friendly & accommodating. I love their Chicken Pad Thai, the best I’ve ever had.They just have really odd hours. They’re closed Saturdays. When I call 30 minutes before close they’ve already forwarded their calls to voicemail. It’s unfortunate they’re only open when most people are at work.
We always get the Pad Kee Mao and the green curry. Both are consistently tasty and yummy. You can specify the hotness level and medium spicy is plenty hot enough without burning your tongue.Also, order over the phone for take out. They used to have issues with their phones but that seems to have been sorted out lately.

So this is a food truck off of Highway 71. Don't be scared away from the whole food truck on the side of the road thing. The food is pretty great. You can order in advance or order roadside. The food is made to order and made quickly. Definitely get the pad Thai. Cashew Chicken is fantastic with the sweet bites if pineapple. Don't forget to get and order or Spring Rolls- Always a nice accompaniment to the hot dishes.
