I'm gluten-free, not by choice. Loved loved loved the chicken mole enchiladas!! Such a treat for me!!!!TexMex mole often has gluten as a thickener, but maize is the authentic way. Great queso and guacamole too. This will be our new regular. I can't wait to go back! It's usually too stressful and sometimes inaccurate information given which triggers absolute agony for a few weeks. I hated eating out.
