Really cool spot, with beautiful, cozy decor. Only complaint is very poor service. We were the only people in there at 3:15 pm. We had to ask for service from the bartender. He was either not happy to be there or a very unsociable bartender. Sad service for such a cool spot. 11-25-25

Extremely rude bartender. If I had his photo, I would post it here. He’s an older, short, overweight guy. I did nothing to receive any rudeness and being yelled at from him at all. I just had a question. Even another person there, when I turned around and walk towards my friends, said to me, “that was uncalled for.” I didn’t respond back to the bartender, as I know how to control myself. You’re in the service industry. Service your customers and be kind. If you can’t control to your emotions or your reactions, then you’re in the wrong line of work. I don’t believe this is just his fault, I think proper training helps avoids these types of negative behaviors. I’m not one to give negative reviews just because of bad service but this was way out of line. Especially because of the situation in which he gave me an expectation and then took his word back. And to yell at me like that in front of the entire bar when I did nothing but ask a question and wait for him is insanely out of line!

This place is a hidden gem. Walking in you get a modern country elegant feel. Like some of the others in the comment section said, from the outside you would not expect to see such a beautiful space! Whoever designed the bar did an amazing job. Staff is friendly, drinks were great! The only thing I would have liked is for them to have a section for a small dance-floor. Overall such a great ambiance, I’ll definitely be back again and recommend this place to all of our friends in the area.

I hosted a wedding shower at Bourbon and Branch and it could not have gone any better! Everyone was so accommodating and we were able to decorate and bring in food for about 50 people. The bartenders were amazing and so quick with the drinks. It was the perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!
