Stopped by to grab a bite and I was greeted by Rodrigo who was very polite and had my food to me as soon as he could. Rodrigo constantly had a smile on his face and checked in frequently to make sure I had what I needed. I’m grateful I was able to meet him—awesome waiter—stellar young man. Thanks, dude!!!! Ask for Rodrigo????
Recently had dinner at El Jalisco and the food was very delicious. We ordered the Texas Plate, Torta of Fajita, Beef Enchiladas & every item was served within 10 minutes. Every dish was well seasoned, rice was excellent, meat was tender, & the service was outstanding. We had Rodrigo as our waiter & he went above & beyond. I never had to ask for extra chips, salsa, or refills not once. Rodrigo anticipated all our requests & he needs to keep providing this service to all his customers....read full review

Great Mexican place right off 46 in the Spring Branch, Bulverde, Bergheim area. Newly renovated and modernized their restaurant. Very nice. Enjoyed Sunday lunch after church with family. I recommend this place. (I should’ve taken the “before” picture of the Three Enchilada plate, this is it after I ate most of it)
