Came in at a very busy time with hungry people waiting. If you've ever worked in fast food, you know the challenges. Management handled the surge of people very well, the food was fresh and hot. Can never go wrong with Popeyes!

I can understand why this location has such a low rating. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against visiting this Popeyes.

On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at approximately 12:00 pm, my daughter and her boyfriend went through the drive-thru. Their order was misunderstood, and while mistakes happen, the issue was how it was handled afterward. When they went inside to politely resolve the matter, the manager refused to make any effort to correct the mistake. My daughter, who has never ordered bone-in chicken and only eats strips, received the wrong meal. Instead of helping, the manager dismissed them and even gestured with her hand as if they were not valued customers.

I later called to try to resolve the matter myself, but the manager continued to address me as “Honey” despite being asked not to. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful. A manager unwilling to provide basic customer service has no place in a service-oriented role.

Until this location addresses its management and customer service issues, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Oh my gosh do not go here. Service is horrible. My boyfriend asked nicely to fix our order and they said they couldn’t fix it because it’s not a combo. We told them we don’t care if we have to pay the difference just please fix it. This next time I went in with my boyfriend and they completely ignored us. My boyfriend said excuse me, can we have some help. The ladies made eye contact then gave my boyfriend the hand. So then I left and I called my dad about it. (I’m only 17 I’m new to this harsh world) My dad apparently called them and the same lady that gave my boyfriend sass gave my father sass. So I went up, they ignored me then I left the food at the counter because we had other places to be. They got mad and yelled NUH UH HONEY and they went after me. I got in the car and they started yelling at me… so please don’t go here

I love the food here. Every time I come to Popeyes the employees here are very friendly and easy to talk to. And they have never once messed up my order.

The blonde manager lady who runs this place is awesome! She always makes sure her customers are taken care of and always offers everything she can to them. Definitely going to come back and recommend everyone to come here! 10/10

Came in for lunch and got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and with coleslaw it was good.

Honestly I haven’t been to Popeyes in forever because of the horrible customer service, but I decided to try it again. The service was ok, but I ordered spicy strips and got plain strips, the fries were cold, the soda machine was out of order, and I wasn’t given the correct sauce. Three out of five of my friends orders were also incorrect. On top of that, nearly all of the tables were dirty. It’s disappointing and I think at this point I just wont come back. I was really hoping it had changed.
