They gave me cold soup. Like, fresh out of the refrigerator cold.

Schlotzkys used to be a great place to eat, with a clean resturant and fast service. Know for there tea. Now their tea is watered down or so strong it shoukd be illegal. If slighly busy their tables are stacked with dishes or it has food from the last people left on it.. It really depends on the location you eat on the star rating of the food quality, service and restaurant overall. All I can say is choose wisely.

Well, I do not see this place doing well if they keep up current practices. First red flag: watching an associate on her cell phone and then touching our cups and food. Second, the prices are ridiculously overpriced…especially since the portion and quality of the food is way below standards. Third, the restaurant was filthy…dirty and limited in choices drink station, dirty tables, old tea. Fourth, we were there for 30 minutes and hardly anyone came out to the front of the restaurant which is a major security concern. Overall, the business in this location is suffering and unless you get some people in here who care I do not see this location lasting. We will not be coming here ever again…The crappy service from San Antonio has reached out here and it shows. Hire some adults so these kids have structure. Care Damn it! Plus, your broccoli soup is bad…no broccoli…all cream and a little cheese. Old sandwich buns and the au jous was terrible…no flavor at all.

I gave this 2 stars because I believe the quality of the food you are given is a direct relation to service. I was excited to see a Schlotzky's in the area. My order seemed like it was made with old dried up meat. It was a mix of hot and cold which I wasn't happy with but since I was going through the drive thru, and did not want to drive back to the store I had to accept it as it was. Quality of food isn't that hard just give people what you would want given to you when you order and spend your money.

Skimpy meat portions, all bread and lettuce. Had to go looking for the 2 tiny slivers of beef and turkey on our two sandwiches. Noting like the menu and ad pictures. Rip off for $27 lunch

Why is this store incapable of hiring people who make an order correctly? Especially after it was correctly repeated back by the drive thru attendant?

Newly remodeled. Manager was great. Wanted a large sandwich with soup but the offered combo meal was half sandwich half soup. I was hungry so just went with large sandwich. He brought me a cup of soup on the house to try and was thoughtful of him to do so. Great lunch place

French dip at $9 is not too bad, but the beef was kind of chewy instead of tender like roast beef. The bread was a bit tough too, not the soft bun I'm used to for French dips.

For the second time, I did not receive my complete order. I did finally get plastic wear, but only soup spoons to eat my salad with...

Food is always good. Large, delicious sandwiches! Definitely recommend.
