What in the world happened to this location?? Our family of five used to love coming here but tonight when we went for the 31st $1.50 scoops (advertised here and on the BR Website), we were rudely told no, they don't do that promo. The scoops we did get were skimpy, there was no flavor of the month, and the paper was all stuck to the cone once we started peeling. Sadly we won't be back and will just drive the few extra minutes up to the 2920 location.
