“Every time I order here the employees and food have been exceptional! The burgers are one of the best burgers I have ever had.
Bayleigh was getting off her shift ( literally walking out the door)I had an issue with my tap and pay Instead of being irritated or rushing me she was patient and kind and stayed until we figured out the issue (another 20 min or so) with a smile on her face. She definitely went above and beyond.
I do frequent this store 2xs a month or so for my family of 6 but Because of the employees I will be a customer for life!“

“I had to leave a review because we had the most AMAZING waitress today—her name was Emma! She was incredibly attentive, had such a positive and friendly attitude, and made sure our family had everything we needed from start to finish. She checked on us often, was quick to help, and genuinely seemed happy to be serving us.
My family and I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings location regularly, and while the food is usually good, the service has often been just average or very slow. Many times the staff hasn't seemed very enthusiastic or welcoming. Emma completely changed that experience for us.
She is honestly the first waitress we've had at this location who made us feel truly taken care of. She turned an ordinary dinner into a great experience, and we hope she's recognized for the excellent customer service she provides.
