5 STARS - What a great discovery!! Green Lechuga has amazing tacos and their lemonade is fantastic. Fresh and natural. Generous portions, great taste, friendly service. Fajita tacos were probably our favorite but it's tough to say - and we tried them all. LOCATION: On the West side of Gosling Rd just north of Root Rd (and the railroad tracks) near Grand Parkway.
I ordered the chorizo and bacon breakfast tacos, and jeez they were hands down the BEST breakfast tacos I've ever had. They are made with egg, meat, and beans, and they chorizo has potatoes in it. They were topped with cheese, onion and cilantro. The only thing that would have made these tacos better was fresh avocado!! The lemonade here is also delicious, not overly sweet, my favorite. Absolutely love the tacos here. They are also awesome because you can pay with cash or card. My one complaint is that the hours are so inconsistent, I often drive there there and the truck is not open. More convenient hours of operation would be my suggestions.
