After you leave this place you'll feel disoriented with disbelief that you paid so much for so little. I've given this place many many chances and they fail every time. The ONLY place anyone should go to is the Infusion beverage truck. Then again I wouldn't go to Infusion either. I wonder if they use filtered water or garden hose water ?The rest of them are waiting to rip someone off to pay their trailer rent. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND GO TO A REAL RESTAURANT. ($14 for a chicken sandwich with no sides?) ?

Tried two food trucks, the Boba truck and Tacos La Abuela, both were fabulous. Can't wait to go back.

We ordered the brisket fries at the Columbian food truck. They put mayo on then fries and I have an aversion to it. Not their fault bc I should have made sure. So I ordered the same dish without mayo. I was disappointed bc the fries were not freshly cut, but from a frozen bag. I was hoping for homemade food. The mango drink was good though.
Very well established. Nice and clean. Excellent service and amazing variety of food trucks of Latin flavor!

We ate at bayou bistro! Food was delicious we ordered chicken strips & cajun rice but also tasted the gumbo, everything was great. The owner gave you a homey feeling, was sweet and down to earth. We even enjoyed the wait talking to her was a pleasure!
