I've been to several food truck parks including the bigger guys, but here its different. Small, charming, cozy, clean and lots of different options to choose from Covered area available, fans and many choices, definitely recommended!
We ate at bayou bistro! Food was delicious we ordered chicken strips & cajun rice but also tasted the gumbo, everything was great. The owner gave you a homey feeling, was sweet and down to earth. We even enjoyed the wait talking to her was a pleasure!
