“This was really good! The place was clean and festively decorated with Halloween stuff, it being October at the time of writing this. The employee who took our orders was really nice too!

But the best thing was definitely the food - I got an injeolmi mozzarella dog with elote and a horchata slushie. I'm usually a bit nervous when ordering horchata, because often places make it way too sweet (I like sweet, but if I wanted to drink frosting I'd just buy frosting and spoon it out of the tub!). But the horchata slushie that I got here was perfect - it was sweet, but the right amount, and full of good flavor. The elote was a little spicy, which I didn't expect, but it wasn't too spicy, and absolutely coated in amazing flavor. The injeolmi dog texture was great, nice and crispy on the outside and soft and melty on the inside, and it tasted so good! The sweet sauce on the outside was, again, sweet but not too sweet!

I also appreciated that the sticks were sturdy and secure - I was never worried that my food was going to fall off the stick.

I'm admittedly not a big fan of hot dogs/beef/pork, so I can't personally speak to what the meat dogs are like, but I went with two guys who got meat dogs and they also really liked their food. The American dog was exceptional apparently, while the classic was just okay. The kimchi fries were also really good - I stole one from my husband and tried it! Definitely an upgrade over standard fries, in my opinion.

Vegetarian options: There is a plant-based hot dog center, all mozzarella center, and a half mozzarella/half cheddar center option available for those who don't want meat.“

“This is a simple, no nonsense Houston eatery that is clean, comfortable and a notch above average on every front. For example, the napkins they give you are thick and unfold to cover your hand and face wiping needs.

I only had the burger but I can confidently say that the burger I got was one of the best burgers I've ever had in Texas. As a lifelong Texan, that's kind of a big deal.

If what you need is good food at a fair price, this is an excellent choice. Just for your information, I ordered this burger with grilled onions, I asked them to melt the cheese and a toast the bun.“

“I don't mind the line to order. I just hate being rushed through my order. There was no one ahead of or behind us, so there was no reason to rush us. It'd been years since we've been and we weren't familiar with the menu and combos. All I wanted was a chili dog, a corn dog, tots and a drink. But there's no such combo, so I had to order the corn dog separately. The food was good, except for the tots. They'd obviously been refried because they had that previously cooked consistency and retained a lot of grease. Fresh tots would've gotten you 5 stars on the food. I don't know if anything can get 5 stars on service unless your employees are retrained to have a minute of patience. The decor was cute though.“
