“Wow. I'm impressed with the inside of James Coney island. I love the Giant LED displays so you can see the menu easy. Alex was really cool. I observe the staff as I was waiting for my hot dogs and they are so thorough and communicate and work together so well. Love the decor and the Christmas music playing as well. My son and I sometimes come over here to the Game Preserve and next time we're going to go to jci. Can't believe I've never been before. Thank you again! Jci is doing it right“

“This taco truck hits the spot for authentic Mexican food that reminds me of home. They have their main spot in Porter but for all my woodland peeps stop by Here to enjoy some tacos in a great atmosphere. Ten out of ten recommend the charro beans.“
“Lovely Owner, I was surprised by the Boudin. I haven't tried the Snowcones yet, but I can't imagine they'd be anything less than delicious because I was full from a burger I got next door, but I wanted to try the boudin before it got cold. I ended up almost finishing it. The Boudin and spicy crackers had a nice burn, and her picture of the Boudin doesn't do it justice. You will get fed here.“
“Holy baked potatoe?; if you are a potatoe lover like me, then you will love the one they make here. It is probably the most massive potatoes I have ever seen. Not only huge but so perfectly cooked, just smooth and creamy all the way through and then topped with cheese and brisket. ?Heaven. And the BBQ sauce, is crack, what do you put in there!!!???!!? The one thing I do suggest is making sure you come to eat during the earlier hours because I've tried the meat dishes at two different times, and it improved drastically when I came at 1pm vs 6pm. The food was waaay more saltier and the meat a bit drier in the evening. So get there early for the good stuff. The tender juicy stuff. Overall, Im glad I decided to give the place another shot because it's a pretty convient spot to come grab some good food. Just come try it out and see for yourself. It's BBQ, it will be worth it.“
“I can tell the flavor & freshness is there but it was so messy...even after reconstructing it, there was mustard everywhere - overbearing everything. I cut it into sections to make it more manageableThe corndog slider also had the flavor but was slightly over cooked...fries have the flavor too, just a little too salty.I'll will be back tho. “Stopped in to try something new. This place is pretty great. Their hotdog concoctions are really good, and if, somehow, you don't see something you like, build your own. The price point is pretty good, too. Highly recommend stopping in to try them out.Atmosphere gets 4 stars just because there's really nothing going on inside. Kinda just plain and simple dining room. But it's no deal breaker at all. Can't wait to go back and try something new.“

“Every time we visit we truly enjoy our burgers however this last visit disappointed us… they didn’t have onions!!! The burger felt dry and the amount of fries was too sadly short, usually they are generous in their serving size but not this time. We’ll visit again in the future for another opportunity to have them right…. I hope for the best!“
“Very comfortable diner with speed and great service. The restaurant is very clean after the lunch rush. The burgers are “BURGERS”, thick, juicy, flavorful, and huge! Easily can buy one burger and a side of fries to share between two people. Want a classic American style burger? This the place.Don’t recommend the hotdog though… my wife ordered it and we did not know it would be served like this and without a hotdog bun. Very unappealing…The Parmesan fries look very tasty and appetizing. But seemed old and wiggly. Not hot and fresh. Possibly got done first and waited until our burgers were done before being served.The shakes are also very tasty here.Looking forward to coming back and trying the Ribeye stuffed potato and re-trying the Parmesan fries.“
