The menu focuses entirely on pork, cooked in traditional Mexican style, including dishes like pork belly, lean and moist carnitas, ribs with sweet salsa, and pulled pork tacos. The food is delicious, with very tender and juicy meat, superb house-made corn tortillas, and numerous salsas. Complimentary chicharrones are served instead of chips. Service is amazing, with very attentive and friendly staff. Rice and beans are sold separately, and drinks come in bottles. It’s a fun, cultural dining experience for the whole family.
