Papa John's in Spring

“I’m surprised my son hasn’t turned into a piece of pizza as much as he loves to eat it, his dad too. It was one of those nights where I didn’t want to cook, we were busy and tired and on the move. I ordered from the app and although they didn’t have it ready and over of the pizza was wrong, the worker came out to us before we drove off and asked us to make sure it was right and corrected it for us. The pizza was delicious and better ingredients better pizza is absolutely true!“

“Seems that the app defaults to cash on delivery orders. I accidentally ordered before switching my preference to credit. Called the store and asked if I could cancel my order and create a new one with accurate payment method. The employee or manager that answered was very kind, patient, and helpful. She offered to make the changes for me and was delightful to talk to. Customer service like this is so rare these days, I know this person was busy and had a million things going on at once but she took her time to not only take care of my issue that was completely my fault, she chose to act with kindness and professionalism. Wish I would have gotten her name to add to this review. Thank you!“
