Awful experience today. Our waiter left a lot to be desired. First, our group was large and we took up 3 hibachi. 20 minutes later we had to ask if anyone was going to take our drink and food orders. We ordered unsweetened tea; we got sweet tea. One of our party ordered Coke Zero but was served Diet Coke instead.
When the hibachi chef started his show, nobody at the table had been served salads or soup and he had to call a server to take care of them. My husband and I each ordered 2 sushi rolls. One was delivered to each of us. After consuming those and waiting for the second rolls to be delivered we finally asked our waiter as the chef had finished cleaning and left. 15 minutes later the waiter comes back to say that their system was down so the sushi chef "couldn’t " make our second rolls.
The final straw of the night was being asked for phone numbers and they would call us to pay for our checks later because that system was down, too.
This was one of the top 2 WORST EVER restaurant dining experiences I have ever had, and I'm a grandmother.

We got there early on a Saturday so got seated at a hibachi grill right away. The waiter was quick to take our orders and refill our drinks. He even got us to-go drinks when we left. The chef was talented and funny, too. And the food tasted incredible! The steak was meltingly tender, and my scallops were perfectly seasoned and not overcooked! We were happy that the restaurant was as great as the last time we were there!

Had dinner in celebration of our anniversary. Based on our surroundings, it seems as though we pulled the short stick of the entertainment, the rice was a bit hard and the shrimp was over cooked. Worst of all is, the host completely disregarded our conversation and didn't do anything to acknowledge our celebration like she said she would. Personally, I don't feel they deserved the already included 18% gratuity.
