Got home with my steak sandwich, SURPRISE......it’s a chicken sandwich. Haven’t been since 2017, now I remember why, poorly managed and incompetent employees. Need training??? go to Aldine Westfield at Louetta store. Always good service and hot food made to order!! I want a refund!!
the food is always great 👍
Very slow. I watched many employees work with food and drinks with no mask or gloves. I also watched an employee, who continually ran his hands through his hair, push ice down with his bare hand. The manager approached me with his mask around his chin and was far from helpful. It was disgusting and we will not be returning.
