But the absolute BEST part of Spring Tavern is our most awesome bartender Savanna!!! She is the absolute best. “As a big time crawfish lover i was skeptical at first about the crawfish but omggggg the spicy garlic lemon pepper is SO good and the crawfish are huge. This is now my #1 spot for crawfish specifically 😩 the potatoes do taste a little weird like if they aren’t fresh but everything else like the sausages and corn are delicious!“
