Service is OUTSTANDING when you get it. The wait staff is GREAT! But this Applebee's is always short staffed. The food is wonderful and it's very clean. But we have walked out when there are empty tables everywhere, and you have to wait to be seated for 20 or more minutes.
Our lunch outing to Applebee's with my son turned out to be a delightful dining experience that went beyond just satisfying our hunger. Worst experience worst customer service, worse everything The waiter took at least 20 minutes before they even served us mind you the restaurant was not packed it was I would say total of maybe 15 people 20 people tops. The food was horrible. The yogurt was spoiled. The food was burnt worse experience I wasted $144 for nothing, I feel robbed
