Brenda’s Taqueria Stafford #4

First time trying Brenda’s and we were not disappointed. Found them on maps, ordered for free on DoorDash(Pickup) and the food was great and hot when we made it home. I was a little concerned when I couldn’t immediately smell the food in the car but the flavors and food quality are spot on. Will be returning to dine in the space looks nice from what I could tell. Only gave 4 stars for service because we didn’t receive our sour cream with our order even after asking when we arrived.

Went there tonight Virginia was our waitress she was and is always awesome!!! You could never go wrong with her!! Stop by and ask for Virginia during the night hours! She is one of the best waitresses there is during the night. She will please you from the beginning to the end!! Most of all she will coming back for more!!!

Make it make sense. Last week y’all had no problem serving me drink after drink until my son literally had to come wake me up because I had fallen asleep at the table. Instead of cutting me off, your staff served me TWO MORE DRINKS. That’s irresponsible and dangerous.
Now tonight? I walk in well before 2:30 AM, completely sober, not drunk, not causing a scene, and suddenly you refuse to serve me? Y’all close at 3:00 AM, so what’s the real reason?
Either train your staff on responsible alcohol service or stop picking and choosing when to enforce your rules. You can’t overserve someone one week and then refuse to serve a sober customer the next. The hypocrisy is unreal, and the management clearly has no consistency. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere that actually knows how to treat its customers.

They ignore you when you walk in. The lady working Saturday night at 2am was VERY RUDE and does not know how to talk to people

1st of all there was like 8 roaches swarming me outside before i even walked in. i placed my order through the phone 30 minutes before i even arrived to brenda’s…. then the lady greets me asks about my online order and then walks away and i wait 10 minutes in the front. just for her to come up to me and say “hey do you want to just cancel your order cause it’s gonna be another 40 minutes until it’s ready?”

i walked out. they aren’t even busy on this monday night. ridiculous.

Came here with my cousin last Sunday night after a birthday party very intoxicated. Waiter knew I was intoxicated & still sold me a margarita I couldn’t even drink because I was so intoxicated. Got a screenshot the next night from my cousin saying the waiter had added on an extra $9 to her bill which made it go up. So I checked my account & she did the exact same thing to me. Added an extra $9 on my transactions making it $51. We called our banks immediately letting them know what was happening & then I called here. They told me come show them the transaction so I went up there. Spoke with a lady who put me on the phone with another lady who claimed she was a manager & we explained what was happening to her & even showed the lady who called her proof of transactions being adjusted. I expressed to them I felt taken advantage of because I was super intoxicated & the waiter stole from me thinking I wouldn’t know. The “manger” was very non chalant & Said “you probably tipped her” which I know for a fact I didn’t because I was too drunk to even sign the receipt. Then she said “it could be gratuity” & I said for 2 people? $9 in gratuity no ma’am. (mind you we’ve never been charged gratuity here & this is our 2nd time coming). So then after going back & forth with this lady I told her I was going to let my bank handle it. Moral of the story is they will take advantage of you if they see your intoxicated & they will still serve you alcohol even tho your intoxicated. Thank God i was not driving that night.

Order online thru the app. And when I came to pick up the food they still haven't make it. Have to wait almost an hour to have my food ready. All the staff just doesn't care at all. Service was so terrible
