My co worker & I visited this location on 10/23/24 for the first time on our lunch break . We was sadden and disappointed we had to discover our chicken & brisket bowl with brown rice , the rice was not fully cooked and was CRUNCHY. We would like to hear from management to discuss or offer some type of accommodations, either a refund or either a fresh bowl with fully cooked rice . The establishment was very clean , staff and service was great.

Stafford, TX location is the best. Clean atmosphere, helpful staff and kind, food is always tasty. I stopped eating Chipotle because the quality died. Stafford bought me back. It's the only one I will go to.

Best tasting chipotle I had everyone was polite and welcoming greeted me when I came in took my order quick and fast while being polite food tasted fresh and delicious 5 stars for food and customer service!!!!!
