Yesterday, I ordered 2 açaí bowls online to the STAFFORD TX location after going to the Missouri city location and they didn't have any bowls. I called first to make sure they had bowls and the young lady who answered confirmed they did but that the front door was closed until 3pm so I'd have to place the order and come through the drive through. On March 2, 2024, my daughter and I decided to visit the Tropical Smoothie Café. Unfortunately, our experience at this particular location left much to be desired. Despite there being only two cars ahead of us in line, we waited for a staggering 10 minutes before reaching the drive-thru window. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich when I was the only person waiting inside. DO BETTER!!! Shouldn't have even paid for this for waiting so long. Lazy incompetent workers. And I had already tipped $2 when I ordered. Enjoy the extra $2 for being LAZY!!! When some of us actually work hard for our money and graciously take it upon ourselves to leave a tip. Seriously... this is why I NEVER go out to eat anymore.
